It is the largest Russian and CIS exhibition for producers and distributors of bathroom and lavatory equipment.
The exhibition "Santechnika — Bathroom and Lavatory Equipment" is one of the largest and the most participated in MosBuild. These specialized sections attract great attention for architects and designers to the interior decorations of bathrooms.

Santechnika offers the best conditions to maintain former business contacts and set up new ones with producers and distributors of ceramics, natural and imitation stone, bathroom and lavatory equipment in the Russian market, and with architects, designers, customers and contractors of finishing and construction work.
Santechnkia was visit by 89,000 specialist trade visitors.
2006 so more than 300 participating companies introduce the latest products and technologies to the Russian market a selection of those companies were — Ideal Standard, Roca, Laufen, Pool Spa, Ido, Ifo, Grohe, Jacob Delafon, Gessi, Jacuzzi, Duravit, Cersanit you can see the full exhibitor list at Santechnika.
National groups from some the largest country producers of bathrooms have also graced santechnika — Italy, Spain, Poland, Cech Republic, and Turkey.
There are a lot of events in the frame of the exhibition. Duravit company represented their new line of ceramics called Stark X, created by the famous designer Philippe Stark. Hansgrohe company represented another new collection of ceramics called Axor Massaud created by the famous architecture and designer Jean-Marie Massaud. Aquaart company, the winner of the Best Stand competition in 2005, held a presentation of their new shower cubicle Abtropos.
Traditionally there is a competition "The Best Stand".
